convenient location efficient staff
The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro station. The staff was helpful and efficient during check-in and with additional requests. i appreciated the hotel being located near a metro line and having shops and cafes nearby.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I found great places to eat nearby. I appreciate how close I was to a metro stop. The complimentary refreshments was a nice touch after a day of seeing the sights.

Adequate Stay With Some Issues
great location filtered water complimentary water loud doors poor silencing noisy room
The location is great. It is right across from the metro. The room had a complimentary water jar. I could fill it with filtered water, which saved me from buying water.
The doors were very loud. I woke up in the middle of the night from the sound. The rooms are poorly silenced, and I could hear other guests clearly.

the staff was helpful when i ask for directions. the rooms was clean, but a bit small. i liked that they had free coffee and water in the lobby.
the elevator was very slow, it took a long time to get to my floor.

many restaurants are around the area and i ate at a sushi place that was good. there are also bakeries close if you want a quick breakfast. a mcdonalds is within walking distance too.

the location is great, it is near the eiffel tower, it was about fifteen minutes by walking. there are also metro stations close, it makes travel around the city easy. a supermarket is nearby too.

Mixed feelings about the stay
discreet inspection missing fridge
I had some issues during checkout. A staff member inspected our room, and I felt this could have been done more discreetly. I had to wait during this process. visiting during summer, I missed having a small fridge in the room (it would have been useful).
