the location proved to be very convenient. the proximity to the metro simplified city navigation. the available complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day was a great touch. the staff members were friendly. i found the rooms super clean and well-designed.
the doors were quite loud. i experienced disturbances during the night from their slamming.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I found great places to eat nearby. I appreciate how close I was to a metro stop. The complimentary refreshments was a nice touch after a day of seeing the sights.

The location is great. It is right across from the metro. The room had a complimentary water jar. I could fill it with filtered water, which saved me from buying water.
The doors were very loud. I woke up in the middle of the night from the sound. The rooms are poorly silenced, and I could hear other guests clearly.

the staff was helpful when i ask for directions. the rooms was clean, but a bit small. i liked that they had free coffee and water in the lobby.
the elevator was very slow, it took a long time to get to my floor.

I had some issues during checkout. A staff member inspected our room, and I felt this could have been done more discreetly. I had to wait during this process. visiting during summer, I missed having a small fridge in the room (it would have been useful).
